Fourteen Pages in 4 hours!

Digital Layouts can be fast, simple, and easy, and…… wonderful just to get the pictures out of the computer! I am so excited to be getting these layouts in the mail soon, ready to be put in an album and enjoyed.

After finishing my Vacation Bible School duties I literally had 2 days before the special sale ended, and that was after the extension! 🙂 How could I let that great price get away from me? Other things in my family life were also clamoring for attention. So, I am not kidding, I spent 2 hours one night and 2 hours the next morning and finished 7 double page layouts! Fourteen pages in 4 hours – I felt so very accomplished! Now, I did them but I used the great tools in Studio J – Express Collections. The layouts are pre-designed and all I had to do was decide which pictures and write some journaling I wanted to include and voila! Easy, peasy, as they say 🙂 .

National Scrapbooking Month is here!

I was looking at my photos from last summer’s incredible trip out west with our children visiting 3 National Parks in 3 days – what a great adventure! Sequoia, King’s Canyon and Yosemite parks, where incredible views surround you in such splendor that you never tire of them. Well, I don’t want to just see them on the computer, I want to physically see them … why aren’t they in my albums? We really need to make time for the things that matter! No screen, however great it may be, can ever really compare to you sitting with your children looking through an album at a series of pictures of your wonderful and/or memorable times together. So let’s resolve to put some more pictures in albums, shall we? 🙂
